Welcome to Longevity 108, an online health and wellness marketplace operated by Longevity International Ventures ("Longevity 108," "we," "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://longevity108.com/ (the "Website"), including purchases of products and bookings of services. By using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. About Longevity 108

Longevity 108 is a Philippine online marketplace offering health and wellness products (such as supplements, Halal products, food and beverages, personal care, preparedness items, and medical and wellness equipment) and access to independent healthcare and wellness professionals. Offerings may change from time to time.

3. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding transaction under Philippine law, that the information you provide is accurate and current, and that you will use the Website only for lawful purposes. If you are buying on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details confidential, and telling us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurate. However, colors may vary by display, packaging and labels may change, availability may change without notice, and occasional listing or pricing errors may occur.

If a material error affects your order, we may contact you to clarify it or, where appropriate, cancel the order and refund any payment you made.

8. Prices & Promotions

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, modify or end promotions, and correct pricing errors. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where the displayed price was an obvious error or where the law allows otherwise. Shipping and other applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Promotions, vouchers, and bundles may have additional terms shown with the offer (such as validity period, minimum purchase, limits per customer, or limited stock). Those specific terms apply where they differ from these Terms.

9. Orders & Payment

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email or message does not always mean final acceptance if verification is needed. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of unavailable stock, a material pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect customer information, or unusual or duplicate orders requiring verification. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will receive a refund.

Payment. You may pay through the methods offered at checkout. When paying by card, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and that your payment details are accurate. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not normally receive or store your full card number or security codes. A payment may be declined or cancelled if your bank or the processor does not authorize it. Please report any unauthorized transaction to your card issuer and to us as soon as possible.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to locations in the Philippines where delivery service is available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated. Delays may result from location, courier capacity, weather, holidays, natural disasters, address problems, high order volume, or other events outside our reasonable control. Where tracking is available, tracking information may not update immediately.

You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated failed attempts attributable to you, additional shipping charges may apply.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or incorrect through no fault of yours, we will handle it under the law and our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms and sets out the return period, conditions, non-returnable items, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations. Please read it before you order. Nothing in that policy removes or limits your rights under Philippine law, including your remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, expired, or non-conforming products.

12. Warranties

Some products carry a manufacturer's or seller's warranty. Where one applies, its terms (duration, covered defects, exclusions, required documents, and claim process) govern. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory warranty or consumer right under Philippine law.

Consultations are provided by independent, licensed professionals. Longevity 108 provides the platform for booking and communication and does not itself practice medicine or any other regulated profession.
Online consultations may be limited compared with in-person care and may not be suitable for every condition. The professional may recommend that you seek in-person care.
Consultations are not for emergencies.
You agree to give accurate and complete health information and to follow the professional's instructions on consent, privacy, and conduct during a session.

14. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Website to commit fraud; use stolen or unauthorized payment information; abuse promotions; submit false claims; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with the Website's operation; scrape or copy content without permission; impersonate others; violate the law; or harm Longevity 108, its customers, merchants, professionals, or service providers.

15. Intellectual Property

Content on the Website, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, product photos, videos, layout, and design, belongs to or is licensed to Longevity 108 or its respective owners. If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or malicious. By placing an order, you agree that we may send you order, delivery, and account notices by email, SMS, or messaging apps. Marketing messages are sent only where allowed and, where required, with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where Philippine law does not allow it, or removes any consumer right or remedy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with its update date. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired under the law or under an accepted order.

22. Governing Law, Disputes & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights, including under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (R.A. 11967), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also bring a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or other competent authority.
