Longevity108 Seller & Service Provider Registration Terms & Conditions

By submitting the Longevity108 Seller Registration Form and/or Product & Service Submission Form, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Application and Verification

Submission of a registration or product/service application does not guarantee acceptance, verification, approval, or marketplace listing. Longevity108 reserves the right to review submitted information and request additional documents or clarification before approving a seller, service provider, product, or service.

Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and current information and must have the authority to represent the business, brand, or professional practice identified in the application.

2. Business and Professional Legitimacy

Sellers and service providers are responsible for maintaining all registrations, licenses, permits, certifications, professional credentials, and other requirements applicable to their business, profession, products, or services.

Where applicable, applicants may be required to provide business registration documents, BIR Certificate of Registration, permits, professional licenses, product registrations, certifications, or other supporting documentation.

3. Product and Service Compliance

All products and services submitted to Longevity108 must be lawful, authentic, accurately represented, and compliant with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

Sellers remain responsible for the legality, authenticity, quality, safety, labeling, registration, and regulatory compliance of the products they submit.

Products that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, misrepresented, expired, recalled, unsafe, improperly labeled, unregistered where registration is legally required, or unsupported by required documentation may be rejected or removed from the marketplace.

4. Health and Medical Claims

Sellers must not submit or promote misleading, exaggerated, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, or health claims.

Any claims presented for a product or service must be lawful, properly substantiated, and permitted for the applicable product or service.

Longevity108 may request supporting documentation and may edit, reject, suspend, or remove content that presents regulatory, safety, or consumer-protection concerns.

5. Product Information and Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that submitted product information, including descriptions, specifications, ingredients, pricing, inventory, expiration information, warranty information, delivery terms, and return policies, is accurate and current.

Sellers should promptly inform Longevity108 of material changes, including changes to pricing, inventory, promotional pricing, product discontinuation, new models or products, and delivery lead times.

6. Authenticity and Product Quality

All products supplied through Longevity108 must be genuine and legally sourced.

The Seller remains responsible for the authenticity, safety, quality, specifications, and condition of products supplied through the marketplace, subject to applicable law and the applicable commercial arrangement.

Counterfeit or materially misrepresented products may result in suspension or termination of marketplace participation.

7. Inventory, Fulfillment, Warranty and Returns

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sellers generally remain responsible for inventory management, product quality, packing, delivery, installation where applicable, warranty obligations, and after-sales support.

Sellers must disclose applicable warranty, return, replacement, refund, and fulfillment policies.

Expiration dates and remaining shelf life must be properly managed and disclosed where relevant. Expired products must not be sold. The specific fulfillment, warranty, return, refund, shipping, and customer-service arrangements for a transaction may be established separately between Longevity108, the Seller, and/or the customer as applicable.

8. Pricing and Commercial Terms

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate pricing information, including suggested retail prices, wholesale prices, and/or applicable Longevity108 partner prices where requested.

Commercial terms may vary depending on the product, service, volume, margin, transaction structure, or other circumstances.

Any applicable Success Fee/Commission, payment arrangements, invoicing requirements, taxes, and related commercial terms will be subject to the applicable agreement between Longevity108 and the Seller or Service Provider.

Submission of this form does not, by itself, establish a fixed Success Fee or other final commercial arrangement.

9. Longevity108-Generated Customers

Where a customer or business opportunity originates through Longevity108's website, marketplace, advertising, CRM, social media, email campaigns, referrals, sales team, business development activities, events, corporate introductions, marketplace inquiries, or other documented Longevity108 channels, the opportunity may be treated as a Longevity108-generated customer or lead.

Sellers must not intentionally bypass Longevity108 for the purpose of avoiding an applicable Success Fee or other agreed commercial obligation.

The specific customer attribution rules and applicable account-protection period will be established in the applicable Seller Partnership Agreement or other written commercial arrangement.

If a Seller believes that an introduced customer was already an existing active customer or opportunity, the Seller should promptly notify Longevity108 and provide reasonable supporting documentation.

10. Marketing and Use of Submitted Materials

Subject to the applicable Seller Agreement, approved sellers may authorize Longevity108 to use submitted logos, product photographs, descriptions, videos, brochures, trademarks, and other marketing materials for legitimate promotion and sale of approved products and services.

Sellers represent that they have the legal right to provide these materials and authorize their use for the applicable marketplace and marketing purposes.

Optional paid marketing services, including dedicated advertising, sponsored campaigns, influencer marketing, video production, special landing pages, events, paid social advertising, or dedicated lead generation, may require separate written approval and pricing.

11. Customer and Seller Information

Seller and customer information must be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy requirements, applicable privacy notices, customer consent, and Longevity108 policies.

Information obtained through Longevity108 must only be used for legitimate transaction, fulfillment, customer-service, and authorized marketing purposes.

Sellers must not independently use customer information obtained through Longevity108 beyond what is permitted by the applicable agreement, privacy notices, customer consent, and applicable law.

12. Seller Performance

Longevity108 may consider seller performance indicators such as response time, pricing, order acceptance, fulfillment rate, delivery performance, product quality, customer complaints, returns, warranty response, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Sellers are encouraged to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, provide quotations within 24–48 hours where reasonably possible, and confirm product availability within the same business day where possible.

13. Suspension or Removal

Longevity108 may suspend, reject, or remove a seller, service provider, product, or service where there are concerns involving fraud, counterfeit products, expired products, serious regulatory violations, false or prohibited health claims, repeated customer complaints, failure to fulfill orders, non-payment of agreed obligations, misrepresentation, circumvention of Longevity108, or other material violations of applicable terms or agreements.

14. No Guarantee of Sales

Registration, verification, approval, or listing does not guarantee that Longevity108 will generate sales, leads, customers, or a particular level of revenue for the Seller or Service Provider.

Longevity108 may provide marketplace exposure, digital marketing, lead generation, business matching, corporate sales opportunities, cross-selling, product campaigns, and other promotional activities depending on the applicable program and circumstances.

15. No Upfront Fee Under the Founding Seller Offer

Qualified Founding Sellers may be eligible for the applicable Founding Seller promotional benefits, which may include no initial registration fee, no basic product listing fee, no basic seller onboarding fee, and no upfront sales commission during the applicable promotional period.

Eligibility and the duration or scope of any promotional benefit are subject to Longevity108's verification and applicable commercial arrangements.

16. Relationship to the Seller Partnership Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are intended to communicate Longevity108's general seller and service-provider policies and onboarding guidelines.

They do not replace, amend, or constitute the Seller Partnership Agreement, supplier agreement, service-provider agreement, purchase agreement, or any other formal commercial agreement that may subsequently be entered into between Longevity108 and the Seller or Service Provider.

Where applicable, the formal written agreement will establish the final commercial and operational terms, including Success Fees, taxes, invoicing, payment schedules, customer attribution, account protection, fulfillment, warranties, returns, privacy obligations, termination, and other applicable conditions.

Any proposal or formal agreement subsequently provided by Longevity108 may reiterate or further specify the policies and requirements described herein.

17. Acknowledgment

By submitting the form, the Applicant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with the applicable Longevity108 seller, supplier, service-provider, product, compliance, and marketplace guidelines.

The Applicant understands that approval is subject to verification and that additional requirements may apply depending on the business, product, service, or applicable regulations.
